Sheltering Silverton collaborates with neighbors and organizations to provide a framework that
supports, develops and provides services to, and advocates for our vulnerable neighbors in order for them to
transition toward fuller security, stability, and purpose within our community.
Resource Center
The Resource Center supports our houseless neighbors by providing
a safe place to be during the day,
community
and belonging, case management and peer support services,
and a place to meet basic physical needs.
Warming Shelter
Our
low-barrier
winter shelter is open every night
from November through March,
from 8pm to 8am at
421 South Water Street.
All people and pets are welcome. We do not serve unaccompanied minors.
Safe Parking
Sheltering Silverton partners with the City
of Silverton
to provide
limited access to
overnight parking for people who live in their vehicles.
A portable toilet is available for Safe Parking program participants.
